Theologically speaking some Christians would claim all diseases can be cured by God. I am not bashing them because I have a Masters of Divinity degree. Now if you are speaking scientifically you will get an answer that not ALL diseases can be cured as of this date. They are working hard to find cures for many diseases but it takes a lot of time and money to find cures. So the scientists have to choose the most serious and prevalent diseases to research.
