the heart muscles can t have the capacity to get the tumours cell,and because of continous ejction of blood for systemic circulation as well aspulmonary circulation it will not regain the blood even a single mintue....then heart does not have lymph drinage aiso......as we all know the main route of cancer meatsis is throug the blood supply and lympy supply............these are the main two main reasons....which is my opinion
