If you have never had it pulled back it will have settled around the glans at the top of the penis. the way to get it to start moving back is to gently start stretching it and kneading it around. doing this under warm water in the bath or shower make it work better as well as using a little hand lotion to help soften the foreskin. dont force it as you might hurt yourself just go easy until you have got it where you want it normally it will take between 1 and 2 weeks.
