Most likely your cat has been in a fight so it is best to take your cat to your Veterinarian to have these wounds cleaned up and put on antibiotics before they become horribly infected. You also want to discuss with your Vet about spaying or neutering your cat so that these fights won't happen so often as your cat won't want to roam away from home. Your cat will live a much longer & healthier life if he or she is fixed.
