∙ 15y agoBecause the technology being made is improving all the time. More data can be stored in a smaller area. More data can be transferred along simpler communication systems. Computers that would fill a whole room a few decades ago had a tiny fraction of the power and capabilities of the standard computers that we now use. The computers are getting smaller, but they are also getting more powerful.
