It is said that the reason they broke up was that they fought alot. Travis was getting mad that he did not spend that much time with her. Especially since touring was about to start. Travis speaks on it and says :

we don't know for a fact why, at least not yet but there are many rumors saying that or stating the Brand cheated on Perry , another is that Rhianna broke them up for some irrelevant reason. But mainly many are saying that they rushed into marriage and it didn't work out because she is an entertainer and has to tour and do a lot of trips around the countries and world in general.
