He killed Orochimaru, because he found out what Orochimaru was up too.
He killed Danzo, because he knew about how Konoha was destroyed by Pain. Sasuke's plans change from destroying Konoha to killing all of the Elders who targeted Uchiha Itachi. Danzo is one of the elders, and Sasuke targets him first.
