  • Dorchester-on-Thames to Lincoln
  • North Elmham to Thetford, then Norwich
  • Selsey to Chichester

Where? England (after they conquered it) or Normandy? In either case the churches were probably there already but if there was any real reason it was either that the King of France or the Pope told them to.
