Why does it take for babies 2-3 years to speak clearly when they already have it hardwired in their brains? Because he/she has to have the perfect conditions the development of their vocal chords t finish etc.

In the field of chemistry we identified a lot of elements from a long time ago. But the atom came into existence as technology advanced. Atom was only a theoretical concept published by John Dalton but later experiments structured an atom and led to the classification of elements.

Noble gases are colorless, odorless, and tasteless. They do not normally react with

any other elements. It is very difficult to know when they are present if they don't react

or at least show up somehow.
