depending on the year, mine is 2005, the fuse could be blown, located in power box under hood, usually marked as " power sliding door, even if you don't have that option. Fuse is 40 amps. If that doesn't solve your problem, try disconnecting your battery and letting it sit for about 15 minutes. Reconnect your battery and try your locks, if they work, then there is most likely a soft ware glitch, that your dealer can download to your vehicle.I just had mine done, and it was covered under warranty.Check with your dealer about cost etc, if yours isn;t under warranty.There is technical service bulletin # 08-028-05, that covers this problem on 2005 caravans, but it could also apply to other years.
