You obviously very confused. Pharaohs were the kings of Egypt, who never had animal heads.
The Egyptian gods sometimes had the form of an animal, or were associated with certain animals, or had partial animal features (such as wings or animal or bird heads). This is very common among many early religions.
It was believed that every Egyptian god had part of their soul live inside an animal.
E.g. Jackals were often seen roaming cemeteries at night; this is why Anubis has a jackal's head - he is the guardian of the dead.
Another example is Sobek, he had the head of a crocodile. This god represented the Pharaohs and the crocodile symbolises their strength and power.
