Right from the beginning of my PGDBM program/ , I was strict to choose Human Resource as my specialization. I wanted to get expertise into this field. Then i attended several workshops during the program. Then after going to these workshops, I came to realize the actual concept of Human Resource.
And i found that my skills, value and personality matching very closely with this field. I can do better perform here either choosing other field.

Secondly, organizations have understood that how employees are important to them and how they can efficiently and effectively capitalize their human capital. In order to learn this, the study of HRM has emerged as an important area of business.
