Lady Macbeth doesn't kill Duncan herself because her husband has promised to do so. Anyway, she pretty much does everything except the actual killing from drugging the guards to placing the bloody daggers with the guards and smearing their faces with blood. She says, "Had he not resembled my father as he slept, I'd ha' done it." Perhaps she could talk the talk, but when it came down to it she couldn't walk the walk.
We only know by hearsay. Seyton was an officer attending to Macbeth. In Act 5 Scene 5 of the Shakespearean play, Seyton told Macbeth [c. 1014-August 15, 1057] that the Queen [b. c. 1015] was dead [Line 16]. No further information was given at that point. But with the end of the play, in Scene 9, the future King Malcolm III [d. November 13, 1093] explained that Macbeth's Queen committed suicide by unspecified means [Lines 35-37].
Cause she had issues. She couldn't forget that she had helped to kill someone and she wasn't sleeping right.
We don't know. She dies off stage.
The last thing we see her do is sleep walk.
