How can one distinguish a Japanese person from a Chinese person?

Though Japanese are a little taller than Chinese averagely. But different Chinese from different parts of China are much different in stature. Most northerners are much taller than southerners of China and Japanese. And many Chinese can speak more standard English. Japanese used to bowing in greeting, but most Chinese used to shaking hands. Japanese like quiet; in contrast, Chinese is more extrovert to some extent.

Why are chines peoples eyes slanted?

That's an offensive and inaccurate term. The reason some Asians (not all) and some non-Asians have eyes that appear to be less round is because of a part of the eyelid called the epicanthic fold. It is an adaptation to a cold climate, protecting the eyes from cold temperatures, wind and areas of high light reflection such as deserts. Probably came about in the upper Paleolithic.

How do you get slanted eyes?

In order to have naturally slanted eyes you must be born from an ethnic background from which slanted eyes is the norm. These people's eyes probably evolved so they look slanted in order to protect against the glare of ice or snow and also to insulate them. The reason they look slanted is because they have epicanthic folds that are made up of fatty tissue.

Why Japanese have slanted eyes?

The shape of people's eyes is primarily determined by genetics. The slanted appearance of some Japanese people's eyes is attributed to a combination of genetic factors, such as the epicanthic fold, which is found in various ethnic groups across Asia. It is important to note that not all Japanese people have slanted eyes, as eye shape can vary within any population.
