The case is most likely that you are a paranoid schizophrenic suffering from irrational delusions of the people you encounter.
Paranoid schizophrenia is treatable with psychiatric counseling and medications, and given the proper dosage of both, your delusions should cease or at least become more easily dismissed.
However, I would need to bring you in for a full evaluation to confirm this hypothesis.
