It's not that the bull doesn't like movement, it's just how a bull reacts when he feels his harem of cows is in danger, or how easily irritated a fighting bull gets because that's what he was bred to do: to fight. A normal bull that is not bred to be fighting the matador in the ring doesn't give a hoot about movement: it's only that from another bull or a predator that can get his guard up.
