Well, there are a lot ofways you could have headache. You could have been watching TV too long, you have been on the computer too long or you have been in bright light when you woke up in the morning.

∙ 11y agoyou might have a migraine, i get them sometimes. They often last longer then an ordinary headache.They can be eaisly treated by diping to fingers in boiling wateer and then placing the two fingers on either side of the head.It provides 20percent relief
