The entire purpose behind the human heart is to pump deoxygenated blood to the lungs to pick up oxygen and oxygenated blood to peripheral tissues to supply them with oxygen.

With no human heart there would be no way to deliver oxygen to cells and get rid of carbon dioxide from them.
