forward

humans walk slower when walking backwards because it is an uneasy

thing to do since they were not necessarily taught to walk

backwards so they try to reverse the thinking process in their

brain that regulates the walking motion and it takes a longer time

for the synapses to interlock with the dendrites causing slower

walking however by trying this out you are enriching your

environment in a way making yourself a little smarter and with

conditioning and training you can actually walk faster backwards if

you practice.
