Living organism depend on plants because of the plants capability to do photosynthesis. Photosynthesis is converting the sun energy into a glucose type sugar. Sugar is a type of energy that all living organisms need.
Plants form the bottom of the food web for many organisms, taking energy from the sun, and converting it to usable energy for itself. Animals can take advantage of this energy by eating the plant, thus gaining the energy.
This is why a lot of living organisms depend on plants for food, though not all of them do.
Ie, carnivores.
Though carnivores often eat things that are omnivores or herbivores.
Organisms depend on each other because most of them need each other for food. Lets take frogs for example, frogs depend on other insects to feed them and keep them alive. Humans depend on animals as well, such as meat from animals, and eggs from birds or some reptiles. Insects depend on other insects for food as well. A Praying mantid depend on other insects for food.
In ecology, a food chain is a series of organisms that eat one another so that energy and nutrients flow from one to the next. This energy can be traced back to green plants so green plants are the source of energy for ecosystems. eg
plants ------ insects -------- birds --------- hawk
Hawks eat small birds, small birds eat insects, insects eat plants.
A plant is a living thing as it has all the characteristics of living things. They grow, metabolize, have cells, reproduce and so much more.
anything that has chloroplast, like plants.
examples of living things are: -humans -animals -trees -plants examples of non living things are: -chair -table -buildings -ballpens -houses some more examples are for living things: mold, fungi and non living things are water, gas, fabric(silk), etc
Producers are green plants. And these plants are green because of a pigment called 'Chlorophyll'. This pigment with the help of carbondioxide from air and sunlight creates food for the plant by a process call 'Photosynthesis'. All other living things in the food chain survive because of this natural ability (Photosynthesis) of plants.
They depend on other living organisms for their nutrition .and it depends on their mode of nutrition...
consumers
All living things depend on green plants for food because they are producers. They are the only organisms that are able to make their own food.

Green plants make food from sunlight. All animals get their food by eating plants (living things) or animals (also living things)
because they do sherlock
Green plants are important because the great majority of many an ecosystem's primary producers are photosynthetic plants. Thus, green plants.
Green plants that are at the bottom of the food chain

Green Plants
Green plants may not seem that important to us in our everyday lives. We take so ... No other organisms can, so we all depend on the plants to start the process.
It only takes place in green plants.
We live off the green plants and we may be able to replicate phtosunthesis someday.
