For the same reason that they use any word in their marketing: they think it will sound appealing to their potential customers. A word in a foreign language may, for example, convey a certain air of sophistication that's missing from the familiar English equivalent. On the other hand, "water" is also used quite frequently, as in the product names "Water Joe" and "Lifewater."
