No. The mouse is perfectly normal. Some times the eyes open at different times. It's all good though

As a matter of fact they do. I'm not sure how painful it would be on your skin, but I had one fly into my eye and when my eye closed around it I felt the very painful sting. It was red and irritated for an hour or so. The same sting may have been barely noticable elsewhere, but in my eye there was unmistakable poison.
