Physiologically speaking, any non-streamlined physical attribute creates drag which slows a swimmer down. Drag is created from body features as small as body hair and ears all the way to the size of breasts. To counteract this, both male and female swimmers shave their body hair, wear swimcaps, and wear lightweight swimsuits and underthings that compress and streamline their bodies.
The larger a woman's breasts, the more drag is created while swimming. On the world competitive stage, women with naturally smaller breasts are able to swim faster than their larger-breasted counterparts. Sometimes women are able to tape their chests down to minimize drag and still compete. However, the advantage goes to women with small or no breasts.
This is why women swimmers appear to have small or no breasts.
They do their females , but they appear to be flat chested . But I mean they abviously do have boobies . XD
