Because people think it's real and hear ,like for example, catch win 10 grand, people get tricked to try to catch since others are serious on giving away money they will believe it. I may have not explained that very well but another thing is old villages and countries have thought these for centuries that it ran on as they had children and have been told many stories and had just believed their whole lives and it'll just keep going on about myths it'll never stop and people will never stop looking to capture these mythical creatures such as: Mermaids, Pegasus, Unicorn, Bigfoot, Gods, Evil Demons, and Lochness Monster.
