because some places they cant live like where desserts, high mountains and ice covered land is
A large percentage of the Earth's surface is ocean, and thus uninhabitable by humans. Large expanses are ice cap (the Arctic, Antarctica, Greenland) and are also not suited to large human habitation (Antarctica has no permanent human population) and other areas are desert, which again can only support very small numbers of humans and none at all in some areas. Other areas are mountainous - humans cannot survive for long at very high altitudes without modern equipment. Other areas may not be able to support farming for a variety of reasons, and so are unsuitable.
Well some of it is too wet, (though the fish think its OK.)
Some of it is too cold, (though the penguins and polar bears think it is OK.)
Some of it is too high.
Some of it is a desert.
You get the idea, some of the earth is not suited to easy living.
Climate as it relates to food production. Ease of travel for commerce. Availability of services, particularly medical and education.
One of the biggest reasons is because no one is willing to invest in the use of technology to make better use of the Planets so called "uninhabitable" space.
Just like the Great Plains here in the US that suffers whenever there is a drought and causes lower output from farms and agriculture in general. The idea of desalinization and putting pipelines from both the Great Lakes and the Gulf of Mexico could turn the United States into the largest supplier of food on the planet. Just as more exploration into natural energy sources has been basically cut off except for Natural Gas, we keep ourselves dependent on foreign oil and other energy resources keeping the prices very high and the willingness of big companies investing in such things that would benefit everyone.
Well we are the only planet with water and air
Beacause around aquarter or a half of the Earth is water. Think about the desserts , we cannot live in a type of ecosystem like that
earth is 75% water and about 16% of earth surface is Uninhabitable (desert)
the earht is mostly made up of water
So far the answer is Earth... But we are still looking around...
The only planet walked on by people (humans) is the Earth. The only other astronomic body that humans have walked on , is our natural satellite the Moon.
Earth has oxygen. But I don't know why you have to call it "free oxygen". It's not really "for free". People have to plant trees in order to receive oxygen. They are the ones that are supposed to be responsible for their lives. Earth supports the humans by giving them a place to plant, that's why it is the only "living planet".
the planet we live on is earth
The moon has gravity but the earth has more because living people live in the planet.
No; in our solar system people live only on Earth
the crust of the earth
No so far people can only live on earth right now.
Because 75% of the earth is ocean
There is no "new planet" for people to live on. The only planet in which life is known to exist on is Earth.
is the only planet that has water and it has oxygen for people to live in
you can NOT live on Jupiter as it is not like Earth, you can't live on Jupiter. it dosen't have water so you with die of thirst. Earth is the only safe place where people can live.
6 billion people live on Earth.
nope .. people cant own a planet because , human only can live on EARTH . So , if they had their own planet (not earth) , they couldn't survive and there will be no human live there . (scientific investigation)
We live on Earth. The only planet that has been proven to sustain carbon-based life.
Its Obvious, everyone knows that you can't live on the moon, Earth is the only planet to have people, animals and plants on it.
We live on Earth-Prime, the Earth where superheroes only exist in comic books.
