Walking improves your muscle tone and strength. It is also a good cardio-vascular exercise that improves your heart and lungs. Walking helps you to lose weight and keep fit. Driving is just sitting. Walking is way more beneficial unless you are talking about having to get somewhere in a hurry.
it is beneficial because driving gets you to where you need to go, whether it is to the store down the street all the way cross town. while driving you dont have to experience the weather outside like rain, snow, sleet, or the hot conditions outside. on the otherhand walking does expose you to those situations and can prevent or delay you to your destination.
