a blood cell structure can be affected the nucleus or the green pigment
The microscope that is more useful to estimate red blood cells is an electron microscope because it can magnify to see cells that other microscopes can't see such as the light microscope

You would use an electron microscope to view a Golgi apparatus.
Blood cell morphology refers to the size and shape of blood cells when viewed under a microscope.

no this microorganism we can not show nekend eye, by electron microscope we can
a frog blood smear reveals that its red blood cells are ovoid in nature as compared to the human RBCs that are spherical in nature. i think that's the main difference that u will find with a frog blood smear
ITS NEVER TRANSPARENT THATS WHAT I BELIEVE i learnt that in a comic!

Insects, Spiders, etc. Do your research. This is coming from a 12 year old in science class.
Brightfield microscopic illumination is used mainly to examine stained specimens, ie blood samples, cellular details, etc. It can also be used to examine unstained specimens that are not transparent......... Zeiss Guy
Muscle tissue and blood vessels both use fibroblasts, a precursor for the smooth muscle cells that stabilize the blood vessels. One difference is that the muscle tissue requires oxygenated blood in order to function.
Spiders have blue blood. In human blood oxygen is bound to hemoglobin which contains iron, giving it the blood a red color. In spiders, as well as other Arthropods and Molluscs, oxygen is bound to hemocyanin which contains copper, giving its blood a blue color. The same interaction that causes oxygenated blood to color, also causes iron rust to appear reddish and the oxidized copper to appear green. However, I have noticed no color in spider blood before.
A microscope slide is the commonest instrument in any Biology laboratory. It is a transparent rectangular glass apparatus and it fits underneath the lens piece of the microscope. It is used for mounting smears of body secretions, microscopic specimen of bacteria, viruses, fungi or parasites. One can stain the specimen they want to observe and focus the microscope on it. A cover slip is placed on top of the slide in order to keep the specimen in place. One can use a microscope slide in order to draw blood films as well.
