Since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution in the 18th century, progress not only provided a lot of jobs but people started to fear the machine that it would eventually take away jobs. Upon automation of tasks, first used by Henry Ford, people's jobs started to become mundane. Instead of specialization of a project, it became specialization of one task of an entire process. For example, someone who specialized to be a Blacksmith now only may place rivets in a horse shoe. These mundane jobs required less education. The riveting of of a horse shoe may take a half an hour. With more advanced technology, the machine now may now do it in less than a minute or even in seconds. This task is no longer needed. With the lack of education, this worker has limited choices as where to work now. Since the beginning of the technological age of computers, even more people feared losing their jobs who may have a higher degree in education. In the United States, most of the mundane jobs have gone overseas where the price of the product is cheaper. Americans fear more the jobs going overseas is than the jobs taken over by computers. The answer to intelligent computers replacing human beings is a fear to those who are not educated or are majoring in courses that may have been good prior to the technological age but not now. Computers or even Robots will never completely replace people.
Computers are only as intelligent as the people who create them. Through different ways, however, people have been able to make computers do anything that one could have the mind to think of.
because they were intelligent people that could be succesful in like
They could either be called Book Worms or Intelligent people. :)
They were important ao people could comunicate quicker
IT COULD BE BECAUSE THE COMPUTERS ARE WORKING WELL IN THE WORLD AND THE FUTURE COMPUTERS COULD BE BETTER THAN THE OLD ONES or it could be the same
If computers were not password protected, anyone who could use it and see any information you had stored.
No, because they didn't have school, or much intelligence whatsoever :)
1. Explain to him that it is wrong to hit people, and that when he is older he could be arrested for such a thing. 2. Punish him. No child is ever too intelligent to be spanked.
We can only speculate about the future, we cannot say with any certainty what the future of computers (or of most things) will be. One major goal of computer science is the development of artificial intelligence. Perhaps someday computers will be truly intelligent, and will understand what they are doing, rather than merely doing their work in an automatic or unthinking manner. And once computers are intelligent, they can participate in scientific research designed to create even better computers. It is imagined that this could result in a kind of positive feedback process. The smarter computers become, the more progress they can make, resulting in ever-smarter computers, which should be able to rapidly surpass merely human intelligence. We have no idea where such a process might lead.
It could be 50,000 or 100,000 it could be even 100 but i don't really know!
