∙ 14y agoBlue cheese has an excellent smell and taste -- so sharp and in-your-face. It stimulates the palette and the alternately pale and delicate color juxtaposed with the green of the natural mold is attractive visually. Altogether, blue cheese is a very likeable cheese.
