Perhaps for testing purposes, to check for leaks. There would be no reason to do it with an astronaut inside, in fact it would be very dangerous. A blowout would give the astronaut the "bends" and quite possibly kill him. If I remember correctly, in space they run about 1/3 to 1/4 of sea level pressure, of pure oxygen, in order to keep the suits limber enough to move around in. Too much pressure inside and the suit would "starfish", splaying out and leaving the astronaut nearly immobile. The first spacewalker was a Russian, who had to release a lot of his air pressure in a hurry so he could get back inside his craft!
This basically means that when the diver is underneath the water, the pressure down there is 3 times the pressure at normal land level. This means that the watch won't crack or break at three atmospheres worth of pressure.

The three main parts of a space shuttle is the orbiter, the cone, and the wings.

Planetary atmospheres, the atmospheres of red giant stars, and galaxies were the three primary scientific targets of Stroboscope II.

Space is the three-dimensional gravitational field in which all matter and energy exist and interact. It is measured in length, area, and volume. In astronomical and common parlance, the term refers to the near-empty region outside the earth's atmosphere as well as the atmospheres of all other bodies in the universe. It is the property of the universe in which material entities coexist with each other and have extension.
Vectors in three-dimensional space was created in 1978.
Three points can determine a plane but not 3-d space.
Red green and blue suits ?
Three-piece suits are suits that contain three parts; The suit jacket, waistcoat and trousers. (If you can see the picture below, you'll get a better idea of what I mean, wait, never mind, it won't let me upload the photo)
There were three dogs in space.
