It is a fact.

When much of the public uses the term "theory" they often mean something that is unproven or an educated guess. We say, "It's just a theory." When scientists use the term "theory" they mean something quite different, and this is what has confused the public about the theory of evolution. Science also has a theory of gravity. That doesn't mean its a guess, it means that the concept of gravity organizes and makes sense of the observations in the real world: release a rock and it falls to the earth. The theory of evolution is the best explanation of the existing data that has emerged from multiple fields: Biology and all of its various sub-branches, genetic research, palaeontology, and so forth.

Evolution is not a hypothesis, it is a theory, like the theory of gravity. No theory is ever finished, because new data may emerge to force alteration. Theory is the highest order of scientific organization of data. It allows for multiple hypotheses that can then be tested, and allows for the data to be integrated into a larger picture. The vast majority of life scientists endorse thetheoryof evolution because it makes the most sense of the data. (Many also retain their religious beliefs.) Many of the scholars who challenge evolution have advanced degrees in other fields of inquiry, not in the biological fields that directly deal with the data of evolution.

I believe that there are NO reasons for evolution to be taught in school. If you would like to teach something in school, teach The Bible. Here are five reasons why evolution should not be taught in schools:

1. The baby growth theory is proved to be wrong because in ultra sounds you can see that a baby is a baby! For example, in millions of years would a dog become a human? No. that is impossible.

2. Some people believe that over million of years a lizard would become a bird. Well we did a experiment and kept a lizard till it died. Guess what, that lizard never became a bird. I wonder why? Because it is not applicable!

3. Creation is a proven theory.

4. what proof does evolution have?

5. if bones people have found are millions of years old they would not have blood cells in them!!!!

Evolution is a scientific principal accepted by most scientists in the world. It has been proven through the principal of ontogeny recapitulates phylogeny which simple means there is a lineage of adaptation that happens in the development of a human fetus that goes through various stages of development that mirrors the devlopment of tadpoles to humans. On the other hand, creation is faith based and therefore a subjective approach to the formation of the species that exist on earth.

Religion and science are very different endeavors, and religious views do not belong in a science classroom at all.
In science class, students should have opportunities to discuss the merits of arguments and evidence within the scope of science.
For example, students might investigate and discuss exactly where birds branched off of the tree of life: before dinosaurs or from within the dinosaur clade.
Many religious people, including theologians, feel that a deeper understanding of nature actually enriches their faith. Moreover, in the scientific community there are thousands of scientists who are devoutly religious and also accept evolution.

Creationism is a religious belief. It says that all life began all at once just a few thousand years ago
and has not changed.
Evolution says no to that view point. The universe is billions of years old and that things changed slowly over time and organisms adapt to survive in those changing environments.

Science is based upon evidence and knowledge of the natural world. All hypotheses in science must be falsifiable. Religion, or faith, deals with the supernatural world and is a feeling that cannot be falsified. Therefore, religion and science should not be pitted against each other as they are in completely different fields.

These two will never agree and creationism should be seen in a religious light.

How is science related to monkeys?

Well to be honest it really is not at all if you are referring to the evolutionary part of monkeys becoming people and so on. And if not I do not get your question because science can basically go with anything. Evolution is not proven at all. It is just a theory that was made by some "scientists". They have nothing to even back them up. So I do not know how schools and wherever are allowed and are even willing to teach this. If you teach evolution you should also teach creation which actually has proof and facts to back up to. Creation is way more reliable and true than this evolution crap.
