I’ve had an extreme reaction to swallowing a tablespoon of vinegar where I couldn’t breathe for a moment. Β I was coughing and gasping for air. Β When I eat or smell foods high in vinegar such as mustard I always cough

Possibly an allergy to acetic acid ( vinegar ).
