Why do you get butterflies in your stomach all the time?

That's just a saying. You don't really get butterflies in your stomach. It only means that you feel nervous and quivery.

If you're around a guy, it normally means you got this HUGE crush on him.

It's when you have an adreniline rush and it makes something happen inside you which gives you butterflies. it usually occurs when you are excited, nervous, or anxious.

if you just met them, you probly want to be good friends with them and you want them to want to be friends with you. if you know who they are, but you just met them same as above or you may have feelings for them.

dont worry i get this to.. its just nerves.. i would suggest looking into his eyes and smiling.. if he smiles back and manages to keep eye contact then just relax. he likes you so dont panic x
