Yes, it was. There are game data files and voice-overs in the Skyrim software which included animations of dying children and their dying noises. But the developer decided to cut out the ability to kill children and made them invincible, due to controversy.

I have a 1995 Avenger and it use to shut off randomly when driving. I finally found out it was the wire harness and replace it. Since then, 3 years ago, it has not happened since. Hope this helps. Chris
Magic items are randomly found. There's no way to direct someone to one, they just have to keep opening chests and hope they get lucky. Muffle is an easy enchantment to place on an item since it has no magnitude/strength so it doesn't matter what your enchant skill is.
This type of weapon is usually a random drop. Or you can find them randomly for sale at weapons vendors. Alternately, you can create your own at an enchanter table.

It shouldn't crash so all you are able to do is save before the problem point and keep on trying. in large games like skyrim have rolling saves as glitches can occur
