you can go on line and look for customized saxophone and look if there's a website where you can go and check of any saxophone strap makers, if not working wait some time and try again in the future, or just print out a picture of yourself and sew or iron it on it will make it easier if you go to any craft store buy some super glue and stick a picture of your face on!
It depends what sort of strap you mean because if it's a strap that goes round the horses neck to help unable or nervous riders then that is a neck strap. If it is something else then I am sorry I can't help you, Hope this helps Jade

Some of the Canon neck straps are extremely heavy and become uncomfortable after after a period of time. Cotton and some canvas are used to make the Canon neck strap.
