We don't feel the Earth rotating, because we're rotating with it. If it stopped or sped up, we would certainly feel it. It's like riding in a car; when the car is going straight on a smooth road at the same speed, we don't feel it; only when we turn or slow down or speed up.

∙ 13y agoWe do not feel the Earth's rotation because it rotates at a constant pace. It rotates no faster or slower at any time. It is the same principle in an elevator. When it starts moving, you can feel it accelerate, but after it reaches its uniform speed, you only know it's moving because you felt it accelerate. If the Earth's rotation were to suddenly speed up/slow down, we would be able to feel it.
