Chemistry is used in medicine, polymer science and technology, material science and technology, food sciene and dentistry to name but a few. It is thus a key enabling and pivotal discipline in the modern world.
Because, when you consider what approach you should take for finding a solution to most problems regarding certain human physical or economical needs, the approach that is most common in our modern society involves questioning what materials or substances can be used and what molecular processes can be exploited to solve it- and it became this way simply because it has worked most often than not and more than any other approach. Since the beginning chemistry was all about this kind of approach, so it became the kind of knowledge that often made the difference toward progress and benefit. Other sciences now also study phenomena involving molecules, but the most direct route to this approach has always been chemistry since the beginning. Even when other sciences has contributed so much to what chemistry is today, chemistry today is so integrated that by studying it one can easily give useful input to many unrelated issues in our modern society, the aspect in common being the fact that these issues can be changed with the molecular approach that characterize chemistry. This is never to say that other sciences are not useful or unimportant.
Why do you think chemistry is called the central science"
Yes, as is maths and science the same. Science is the language of Human understanding of the universe and everything in it. Chemistry, is part of that.
In hindi chemistry is called "rasayan shastra". Here, rasayan means chemicals and shastra means study/science.
Milk is an emulsion, a mixture of two insoluble substances. In chemistry it is called a colloid.
It is chemistry.
Chemestry
Chemistry is called the servant of science because it is always there. Chemistry is the basis behind biology, chemistry, and even physics.

Chemistry
The science of what matter is made of and how it changes is called chemistry.
It is a branch of science. Chemistry is based on the study of the composition, properties and behavior of matter. It is sometimes called the "Central Science".
This is the branch of science called chemistry. Generally the chemistry of carbon compounds is the concern of organic chemistry.
chemistry
A science is a particular branch of science, such as, physics, chemistry or biology. So, yes, physics is 'a' science. But it is not science.
It's called chemistry.
yes and its called chemistry
Chemistry which is also called "central science."
