It could be a poltergeist in other words a bad spirit, can be caused by interfering with spirit, using oija boards & other forms of communication between the living and the dead, or you could just have long finger nails and you got a mosquito bite and you scratched it in your sleep :)

∙ 9y agoThe most common reason to wake up with scratches is that you have been itching your body while you are asleep. You can also check your bed and blankets to ensure there is nothing stuck in them that is causing the scratches.
