Teenagers need some breast support for the growning breast, if you dont look after your breasts, they will become saggy as the muscle has had no proper support. Who told you not to wear an under-wire bra? Listen, you wear whatever bra that you feel comfortable in, whether it be under-wire, seamless, lace, etc.

i suppose its not harm really
but it can cause to make your boobs grow abit abnormal
because of them constantly being in the same position
yet ive never had any trouble :)
