Why do your 1991 Honda accords tail lights and dash lights not work?
if someone put an aftermarket radio in it and didnt know what they were doing it will short out all the lights

Hey i had the exact same problem dash lights werent working.. No blown fuses or nothing in the end played around with the brightness controller for the dashlights and seemed to fix it. just pulled the control out an the lights came on now wheneva they go off i just fiddle with that an work again must be loose wiring im guessing but it fixed it for me.. hope this helps

No the dash lights should be with your parking lights. comment2: They are on separate circuits. Power usually goes from the "taillight fuse" to a small 5 amp dash light fuse and then to the dash dimmer wheel or knob. Then it feeds the dash lights. A blown tail light fuse makes the dash lights go out also. A blown dash fuse only affects the dash lights.
Some for the dash light there is a little bulbs in the switch behind each controls so you have to open it with the headlight switch to see which is light and witch is not I know this because I had the same problem with my VSA VTM and 5 of the climate control lights were out all at once so I purchase the bulb from Honda and when by another place to have it…
