Boobs jiggle because they are coposed of fat cells. They are not firm or rigid, and cannot be made into muscle.
Jiggle them and squeeze them together
to stabilize your breasts. When you jump nobody will see them jiggle.
They do sort of jiggle when I run and bounce, just if that helps. They're not very big, but soft and fun to play with. How they jiggle: they can only bounce. I wish it could be a smooth type of jiggle.
It depends. Do your breasts bounce when you walk? When you jump, or run? If they do jiggle a bit, you may want to try a sports bra. A little more jiggly than that? An A cup. Able to see your nipples through your shirt? It's time for a 36A or a B.

Jiggle the Handle was created in 1989.
When the breast tissue can be seen through clothing, most girls would like a bra. If the breasts have begun to jiggle when you walk/run or participate in sports - it's time. A bra is also needed if there is pain or uncomfortable movement of the breasts. If you ride a bicycle and hitting bumps causes your breasts to hurt, or you have breast pain while playing sports, then you should wear a bra. A sports bra is good to wear when you are active. The breasts are often sensitive during the first couple of Tanner stages of development, so a bra will help minimize movement and help reduce discomfort while they are growing.
