Bella and Edward's love is forbidding only just a little bit and that is only because of what they are -human and vampire. And naturally vampires suck blood, and Bella's blood to Edward and every other vampire is so tempting.Edward does not want to kill her. He loves Bella Swan.

∙ 13y agoLove isn't something you can control. Once you fall in love with someone, they become a part of your heart and soul, and while you may still fall out of love with someone I believe they will always still be a part of you, no matter what has happened in your past.
We don't control who we fall in love with, but when you do fall in love you'll know, and that's what happened to Edward and Bella. They fell in love out of their control, and when they realized they both loved each other and realized they were always going to be a part of each others hearts and had to stay together (after Edward leaves in new moon they realize this) they accepted and then pursued their love.

Bella fell in love with Edward because she loved him the way he was as a Vampire. Edward was glad he found Bella because since he was created, Carlisle created the rest of the family, and Edward was the only one without a mate. As said in the movie to Bella, Edward says, "You don't know how long I have waited for you." This just proves that they were went to be together.
