Why do Jacob and Bella kiss?

will first kiss will he just went for it and kiss her but Bella got mad. and other kiss is when he said i going out their and killing something to get homself kiss and Bella didn't know what do to to save him so she said kiss me . but he was not really going out their kill something just trick her to show her she did love him

The first time they kiss, Jacob is trying to persuade Bella that she would be happier with him than with Edward. Bella punches him, and does damage to her hand in the process. Jacob, being the werewolf that he is, is unharmed.

The second time is because Jacob overhears Edward and Bella talking about their engagment, while in the tent during the newborn attack. Bella id afraid Jacob will purposly hurt himself, or something, and "begs" him to kiss her. (Jacob said in earlier chapters that he would only kiss her if she asked him to.)
