Papua New Guinea has a high fertility rate due to several factors, including cultural norms that value large families, limited access to education and healthcare, and traditional practices that promote early marriage and childbearing. Many communities prioritize agricultural labor, where larger families can contribute to farming and household work. Additionally, there is often a lack of access to family planning services, which further contributes to higher birth rates. These factors combined create an environment where high fertility is common.

Though there has been a scare of crime rate and safety (due to poverty, mostly in the capital city; Port Moresby), the islands and villages make up for it. Definately in near future, with more developments, Papua New Guinea will be a very "cool" place.
