tony is working on a case and while ziva is apologizing and thanking him for saving her she says that he was a cop and should have trusted him. the case they were working on involved a cop so tony grabs zivas shoulders and says "yes i am cop" then he realizes something and goes and tells gibbs. i was hopin he was gonna kiss her.... but she did kiss him on the cheek.... hope this helped!

At the end of the episode you see a bruised and beaten Ziva being tortured for information about NCIS.
