Was Xemnas lying about Kingdom Hearts would the nobodies gain hearts or was he just using them?
Xemnas was using them in a way because he could use the power of Kingdom Hearts for his own good but the Nobodies could also have gained their hearts from it so Xemnas was partly lying.
