The pressure inside is greater than outside, or else the balloon would not blown up.
A balloon is stretchy. Therefore, when air is not being forced in, the ballon will try to contract to more or less of it's original size. When this happens, the air is forced out of a balloon until the molecular structure of the balloon is simillar to how it started out.
It decreases.
it will run out of air
Air fill the balloon and force it to expand but being a rubber base substance the balloon always in the state of pushing the air (that's why if you put a hole on a balloon it will "fly"). Air pushing is an action. Balloon pushing back is a reaction.
it either has a hole in it r lettin the air out or some way over time the air goes down and no more balloon

If you had a hole in your hot air balloon you would not be able to fly it. it just would not float. It wouldn't float because when people are ready to fly it they power up the balloon they light fire in it. So if you have a hole in your hot air balloon the fire lighting inside of it would just go through the hole. You would have to buy another one. Sincerely, Einstein.

noMy AnswerYou have failed to define hole. As a hole is an area with nothing in it and you happen to mean a hole in the air the absence of air would create an volume lighter than air. Of course you need a structure to maintain the absence of air so currently that wont work as a balloon.
Physically it is impossible. The air would rush through the bottom of the balloon so quickly that it would fill up fast and pop quickly.

Because the balloon pops when the air inside the rushes out quickly through a tiny hole.
because it can blow up the hole balloon
The rapid deflation of a balloon when you let go of the spout area where it's blown up. An explosion makes air rush.
