strong bonds
Sublimation - on gentle heating ammonium chloride will sublime. Sodium Chloride does not and has a high melting point.
low melting point
Yes, it has a melting point of 1683 Kelvin.
They have high melting points
ionic compound tend to have a high melting point because of their high electronegativity.
Magnesium sulfate has a high melting and boiling point, as it is made of Ionic bonds which are very strong. A lot of energy is needed to break them. So ionic compounds have high melting and boiling points. See related link for more information.

Magnesium sulfate doesn't melt; at high temperature MgSO4 is thermally decomposed.

I wouldn't say that it is "available" but it exists.Zinc sulfate is a crystaline compound and has a high melting point, meaning that it is very impracticle to keep as a liquid. But you can have zinc sulfate solution which is just zinc sulfate crystals dissolved in water.

NOW. In Arizona, apply a high quality grade of ammonium sulfate to your lawn in the first two weeks of March, then water in deeply. Apply the ammonium sulfate according to package directions. Over indulgence with this product will kill your lawn. Furthermore, two weeks after applying ammonium sulfate, fertilize your lawn with a combination of Scotts turf builder and ammonium sulfate and water in deeply. You will have a beautiful lawn with in three weeks. DO NOT apply either the ammonium sulfate or Scotts turf builder on a newly seed lawn until after the third mowing. Good Luck. it has a low melting point
All metals have different melting points but they are all high
That depends on the solid: ice has a very low melting point, lard and butter have low melting points, chocolate has a relatively low melting point, wax has an intermediate melting point, lead has a high melting point, iron has a very high melting point, tungsten has an extremely high melting point.
