I believe that is caused by a plugged PCV valve or PCV hose
about the only affect this will have , is that it will leak oil when engine is running
while facing the front of car on right side of engine between the right side of the car and the engine half way down you should see a [yellow] knob which is the trans dip stick take that out and funnel fluid into that tube. fill and measure with the same dip stick while car IS running
Start the Rx. While engine is running have a friend put it in drive while foot on break. Check trans fluid level on dip stick.

2 stroke engines do not have a dip stick. The engine oil is mixed with the fuel.
It depends on which of dip sticks. A dip stick for engine oil is on the left from the exhaust system coming out of the engine. Some eclipces have a dip stick for transmission fluid too. That is between the exhaust system and the battery.

remove transmission dip stick and find a long small funnel (clean) and insert it into dip stick tube and add appropriate tranny fluid with engine RUNNING !
While the truck is running in idle pull out the dip stick and read it.

Pull the transmission dip stick out , and make sure oil is showing on it . You need to take it for a drive and get the tranny fluid warmed up and then with the engine running and tranny in park , check the fluid on the dip stick . If the fluid is showing on the right mark on the dip stick you are good .
