Ok though I am not a doctor I can answer this correctly. Try and perform these exercises as fallows, if you endure and pain from the movement or even being stationary you probably have a bruised or cracked rib. (broken ribs hurt extremely bad and will be visibly awkward through the skin)
Before beginning please gently touch you're ribs. If they hurt to touch call the hospital because you may need a doctor to X-ray them. Also if this happens on and off and you haven't done anything straining or experienced any trauma recently its probably just a cramp. If it is a constant pain or a pain other than you're ribs it may be something else and you should call a doctor.
1: breath; breath is a little and try and find exactly when it starts to hurt. the obviously stop and exhale till either you fell out of breath or it hurts. (then breath in again but stop before it hurts)
You now know how much breathing you can complete. Breath normally but stopping before it hurts and.
2: move; now move your upper torso left and right. It shouldn't hurt if you're breathing the way a mentioned. You may feel a little uncomfortable at further stretches.
3: cure; now that you know what the problem is and now you're mobility do standard stretches for the upper body. At any time if you feel pain stop and take a small break (literally 30 seconds)
done! you should now be able to breath normal! If after 5-10 minutes of time it still hurts to breath than you need to get a doctors opinion.
This pain is cause by a cramp (if it goes away from the stretches). Poor posture or not being stretched out before exercise are usually the culprit. As a general rule of thumb sit strait and upright.
Not generally, but not all the time is it something to be overly concerned about.
But it could be a respiratory disease, or a heart condition, these can be major diseases that can make it painful to breath.
If you inhale enough, yes. It is poisonious.
You CAN. But it's extremely unlikely.
You get headaches and a hurt nose.possibly a feeling to barf
It would and probably kill you, drink a few oz. will kill you.
Smoking will hurt the respiratory system. It has harmful lead, so when you inhale you are inhaling lead.
Not unless you fully inhale them for long periods of time. (so probably not)
drink alot of water before(trust me its going to hurt like hell) next you want to inhale air and then
You don't inhale cigar smoke--the lining of your mouth absorbs the nicotine--so it shouldn't hurt your lungs at all.
No, I have athsma and smoke pot. Just take it easy don't inhale too much first time
When you inhale
you inhale when your diaphragm contracts.
